Project Groups of Transregio TR 52

The Transregio TR52 comprises 21 individual research projects. According to their topic, they are organized into the following 4 projects groups:

  1. Project group A: Transcriptional programming of regulatory T-cells (7 projects)
  2. Project group B: Transcriptonal programming of effector T-cells by T-cell receptor and co-receptor signals (7 projects)
  3. Project group C: Animal models for the analysis of defective transcription in T-cells (5 projects)
  4. Project group Z: Basic methods (2 projects)
